We will provide a detailed selection and feature checklist to get you started with a custom design.

The following are basic costs associated with developing a custom home design:

Initial Custom Design Consultation $200.00

Basic Plan Printout from available plans $250.00

Working set of drawings $450.00

CAD Files in 2D format $1100.00

CAD Files in 3D format $1500.00

Chief Architect Plan File (Chief Architect viewer program included) $850.00

3D Model - print copy $300.00

Design Consulting $50.00 per hour.

Custom Home Design $75.00 per hour

Interior Design Consulting $45.00 per hour

Room Remodeling/Design $64.00 per hour

Project Schedule (detailed) $650.00 (basic)

Shipping at actual cost mode selected by the client $TBD

Additional copies of plans requested in the initial mailing will be $45.00 per set. Additional copies requested and shipped separately (or to an alternate address) will be $75.00 per set. When requesting plan printouts and working drawings, we will work with you to select the set and mix that best suites your needs.

All CD ROM or DVD media requests will be shipped in protective containers.

All custom design work will be on a time and materials basis. An initial estimate of the costs will be provided upon receipt of a completed Plan Selection and Feature form. The costs will vary directly with the complexity of the design request, materials selected and the detail level of features requested.

All materials, drawings and representations are provided for single use only and not for resale or re-use. All copyrights are retained by IQ-Home or the licensed material owners unless specifically surrendered in writing.
