Starting in 2006, IQ-Home will transition into a construction company, adding build to order operations starting in Central Florida. As we progress, we hope to align ourselves with other constructors across the USA and other countries to offer the IQ-Home design and build approach to others. Below are plans, layouts and elevations of our available current home plans. These showcase home plans demonstrate our design concepts and showcase, what we believe is, the best of breed in furnishings, materials and features. As we proceed, a complete vendor/supplier and contractor listing will be available. We can supply full working drawings on any of these home plans. In addition, our custom design services provide the opportunity to customize and tailor these or any unique design ideas you have. We are ready to assist you with your custom home design needs! Our designs will be implemented utilizing a combination of Structured Insulated Panels (SIP) and light gauge steel, to achieve superior insulation values while providing similar structural integrity. These designs can provide for basic sustained wind load resistance in of 120 - 155 miles per hour or more; depending in location and requested parameters. While steel is usually our material of choice, there are some SIP panelized systems that utilize wood in the manufacturing process. These systems have a highly integrated manufacturing process that delivers a superior product in a very short time frame. Meeting our highest quality standards, many SIP suppliers provide a quality product that meets strenuous standards for strength, termite and mold resistance. We are currently working with SIP suppliers to design homes and modular structures for the more adventurous lifestyles!
